Deine Aufgaben:
Demand Planning & Inventory Alignment: Take ownership of demand planning processes across China and other Positec Market Units (MUs), ensuring optimal stock levels aligned with sales forecasts.
Stock Accuracy & Control: Lead monthly stock reconciliation and control reviews, ensuring consistency between physical stock, warehouse records, and ERP system data.
Inbound Logistics Coordination: Manage all aspects of inbound shipments, including tracking, customs clearance, and coordination with freight partners.
Import Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate handling, archiving, and compliance of all import-related documentation (e.g., LOAs, MSDS, GRNs), in line with SARS and local regulations.
Goods Receipt & System Updates: Oversee goods receipt procedures, including physical verification and timely system updates (GRN processing).
Order Fulfilment: Coordinate weekly order dispatches, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries to customers.
Returns Management: Manage stock and credit returns by assessing physical returns and validating their financial impact.
Inventory Optimisation: Monitor stock velocity and inventory targets, driving actions to improve turnover and reduce obsolete stock.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational flows and data alignment.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements in inventory and supply chain processes to drive efficiency and enhance customer service.
