Our Vision
Positec Nordic is looking for a Golf & Sports Business manager Sweden/Norway developing and driving sales with innovative new products within the golfing industry. This role is essential in ensuring the successful implementation of the company's strategies and achieving its goals within the golfing industry. You play a central part in expanding Kress– one of the most dynamic brands in power tools and garden technology.

Positec Nordic has its headquarters in Jönköping, a Sales office in Copenhagen and operates across the Nordic countries. Your mission

You build and lead a regional community: As Business Manager for Sweden and Norway, you take ownership of developing the Golf and Sports Turf segment in both markets. In close collaboration with our dealers, you ensure long-term customer relationships and a strong market presence for the Kress brand.

You think and act strategically: You analyse the dealer landscape, identify golf and sports turf opportunities, and translate insights into concrete business plans. With a clear focus on growth, you develop regional strategies that align with our broader commercial objectives – while proactively managing risks and market dynamics.

You drive sales and open new doors: Business development is at the heart of your role. You identify and secure new customer opportunities, strengthen existing accounts, and actively shape our sales pipeline with a hands-on approach and strong commercial acumen.

You ensure operational excellence: You oversee the daily business in your region and make sure all activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company standards. You track key KPIs, implement process improvements, and resolve issues before they become roadblocks.

You’re the face of Kress in the region: As primary point of contact for dealers, golf courses, soccer clubs and other stakeholders, you build trust, foster collaboration, and represent our brand with professionalism and clarity.

Your profile

Your skills: You’re business-savvy, analytically strong, and take full ownership of results. You enjoy building strategic customer relationships and have a clear sense for commercial opportunities.

Your experience matters: You bring a proven track record in business development and driving sales growth – ideally in a similar industry or within the Swedish/Norwegian market.

Industry know-how gives you an edge: Solid knowledge of the golf or sports turf industry – ideally with a background in greenkeeping or course management – is a strong plus.

You negotiate with confidence: Your commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to close deals make you a valuable partner in customer interactions.

Communication is your strength: You communicate clearly and effectively, both with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You’re flexible and mobile: Travelling within Sweden and/or Norway is part of your working routine.

Linguistically equipped: You are fluent in both English and Swedish.

A tech enthusiast? Even better: A genuine interest in innovative technology – especially robotic mowers or commercial battery tools – is an added bonus, but not a must.
