Our Vision
Positec Nordic is looking for a Sales Representative & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) in Finland, a role where you will be developing and driving sales with a variety of innovative new products through our dealer network. You will have the ability to continuously identify and explore new opportunities, as well as implement annual promotional plans for all ranges.
In this commercially focused role, you will manage dealers and partners, develop new business and play a central part in expanding Kress– one of the most dynamic brands in power tools and garden technology.

Positec Nordic has its headquarters in Jönköping, a Sales office in Copenhagen and operates across the Nordic countries. We are in a strong growth phase where we combine the strength of a global group with the agility of a challenger. Your mission

You grow our business in Finland: As part of the Nordic sales team, you take responsibility for a defined portfolio of dealers and customers – with a clear focus on growth, profitability, and long-term development.

You drive sales performance: You develop and expand business with both existing and new customers – from golf & sports clubs to municipalities and commercial partners.

You shape the strategy: You define and implement annual sales plans, build dealer development roadmaps, and create local go-to-market activities in close collaboration with the Sales Director Nordics.

You lead commercial negotiations: You handle pricing, terms, and agreements confidently and professionally – always with a win-win mindset and long-term partnership in mind.

You enhance dealer performance: By monitoring KPIs and profitability, you strengthen the commercial capabilities of your dealer network and ensure continuous improvement.

You analyse markets: You track market trends, competitor activities and customer needs – and translate insights into tangible actions.

You represent Kress with pride: Whether at customer meetings, dealer events, or trade fairs – you embody the brand and strengthen its visibility in the finish market.

You build strong relationships: You cultivate long-term, trust-based partnerships that support sustainable commercial growth.

Your profile

Your mindset: You’re a commercially driven sales personality with a hands-on approach, strong ownership of results, and a strategic perspective.

Your experience matters: You bring solid sales experience – ideally from the outdoor, garden tools or other product-based industries – and are familiar with working via dealer networks.

Sales growth is your comfort zone: A proven track record in business development, account management and channel sales sets you apart.

You bring commercial strength: You negotiate with confidence, understand profitability drivers and are familiar with forecasting and performance metrics.

You speak your customers’ language: Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English are a must for this role.

You know how branded products work: Experience working with established consumer or B2B brands through dealer channels is a strong asset.

Tech-savvy? Even better: A personal interest in robotic mowers, battery-driven commercial tools, or smart outdoor tech is a plus – but not a requirement.
