Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

You will take ownership of inventory management and logistics operations for our Polish business.
From demand planning to order fulfilment, you ensure transparency, accuracy and on-time delivery.
Working cross-functionally, you actively contribute to building robust and efficient supply chain processes.

Your mission

  • 3PL management: Monitor relevant KPIs and SLA performance of warehouse partners and develop distribution framework for online business incl. B2C deliveries.
  • Demand Planning & Inventory Alignment: Take ownership of demand planning processes in close collaboration with Supply Chain teams in EMEA region and China, ensuring optimal stock levels aligned with sales forecasts.
  • Stock Accuracy & Control: Lead monthly stock reconciliation and control reviews, ensuring consistency between physical stock, warehouse records, and ERP system data.
  • Inbound Logistics Coordination: Manage all aspects of inbound shipments, including tracking, customs clearance, and coordination with freight partners.
  • Import Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate handling, archiving, and compliance with all import-related documentation (e.g., LOAs, MSDS, GRNs), in line with local regulations.
  • Goods Receipt & System Updates: Oversee goods receipt procedures, including physical verification and timely system updates (GRN processing).
  • Order Fulfilment: Coordinate weekly order dispatches, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries to customers.
  • Returns Management: Manage stock and credit returns by assessing physical returns and validating their financial impact.
  • Inventory Optimization: Monitor stock velocity and inventory targets, driving actions to improve turnover and reduce obsolete stock.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational flow and data alignment.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements in inventory and supply chain processes to drive efficiency.

Your profile

  • Hands-on mentality in driving the development of the Polish operations and taking on project leadership for 3PL selection.
  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in inventory or supply chain management roles including good knowledge of polish distribution.
  • Initial experience in project management.
  • Confident working with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical, well-organized, and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions.
  • You speak fluently polish as well as english (C1)
