The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer payments, managing account reconciliations, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders. Deine Aufgaben:
- Perform daily reconciliation of customer cash receipts in the bank.
- Allocate incoming payments to the correct invoices, applying settlement discounts where applicable.
- Provide regular and accurate customer statements, ensuring all data is up to date.
- Recalculate and match rebates against expected values; identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve any differences or mismatches in customer accounts.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding overdue accounts via email and phone.
- Support the issuance of credit notes, including non-operational adjustments.
- Assist with additional accounting and finance tasks as required, related to AR processes.

- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an AR, credit control, or finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (XERO,Cin7 or similar).
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred:
- Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Familiarity with settlement discounts and rebate mechanisms.
